The Purchaser’s Agreement to Waktu Horology Shipping Policy
All transactions with Waktu Horology are subject to, and constitute irrevocable acceptance of the following:
For international orders, Waktu Horology utilises DHL International Economy from the point of origin and international airmail. For comprehensive details regarding shipping terms, conditions, and requirements, please consult DHL's terms of service applicable to your respective country. Local deliveries within Singapore will be managed by either DHL, SINGPOST or NINJAVAN, unless otherwise specified.
For the most accurate delivery information, please refer to the shipping advisory provided on the product pages. Estimated delivery periods are subject to change due to unforeseen global events, including pandemics, and our unwavering commitment to quality. Please be aware that shipping to specific countries or jurisdictions may be restricted.

GST/VAT/EXCISE TAXES
Please be advised that domestic Value Added Tax (VAT) or related taxes have not been levied at the point of order. DHL, or the appointed local delivery courier, may require payment of the applicable VAT, Goods and Services Tax (GST), or excise duties mandated by your country of receipt prior to the release of your shipment. These taxes are specific to your country of domicile, and Waktu Horology shall not be held liable for their payment, with the exception of local domestic taxes.
PACKAGE LOSS AND CUSTOMS DELAYS
You acknowledge that any package loss or customs-related delays are beyond the purview of Waktu Horology, and any claims or correspondence concerning these matters must be directed to DHL or your country’s customs authority. While Waktu Horology will provide assistance with necessary documentation on a best-effort basis, you understand and agree that Waktu Horology shall not be held liable for any issues arising from such circumstances, including any additional costs incurred by you due to delays or damages related to shipping.
EXCHANGES AND REPAIRS (WARRANTY)
Prior to dispatch, each timepiece undergoes rigorous inspection. In the rare event that your item sustains damage during transit, you may qualify for a like-for-like exchange. Eligibility for exchange is determined on a case-by-case basis and is contingent upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. We will duly notify you of the outcome of your exchange request.
If your exchange is approved, a new timepiece, subject to stock availability, will be dispatched to you at no additional cost. In the event of stock unavailability, we will offer either a replacement of the affected components, a professional repair, or a refund.
We offer repair or replacement exclusively for items that are defective or damaged during transit. To facilitate your claim, we require comprehensive photographic evidence of the shipping package's exterior. Additionally, you will be requested to provide an image of your warranty card to verify its concordance with your original order details. Based on this information, we will initiate the necessary arrangements.
Please note that the movement utilised in our timepieces is a standard factory movement. For repairs required outside of the warranty period, we recommend engaging the services of qualified external watchmakers. During the warranty period, should a timepiece be serviced by an external watchmaker and subsequently exhibit continued defects upon return to us, repair charges may be applicable.
Please be advised that repairs may require an extended period, depending on the extent of the damage. If this potential time frame is not agreeable, we recommend careful consideration prior to returning your timepiece for repair.
